After Sony and Marvel agreed on a deal for Spider-Man, they had to do some shuffling. The first Spider-Man solo movie of the MCU will come out on July 28, 2017. The problem with that was Thor: Ragnarok was already scheduled to come out that day.
Marvel has pushed back 4 movies to make room the new Spider-Man reboot. They have decided to move Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Inhumans.
Thor: Ragnarok is now scheduled to come out November 3, 2017. Black Panther is set to be the first film after Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and premiere July 6, 2018. Their first female led movie Captain Marvel follows with a release date on November 2, 2018. The last move was moving Inhumans from before Avengers: Infinity War Part 2 to after with a July 12, 2019 release date.
The moving dates mean we get to see more of Spider-Man sooner, but that Marvel is pushing back the releases of their first female led film, a film lead by a black character, and the Inhumans, a race that is currently being introduced in Agents of SHIELD.
