Peggy Carter was in the army when Steve Rogers was recruited for the super soldier program. They formed an unlikely bond and became very close in a short span of time. She was heartbroken when he crashed the Red Skulls ship to save the world and had to move on. She joined the SSR and was overlooked as she tried to clear Howard Stark's name. She is currently dealing with a variety of health problems and is on her death bed.

Howard Stark is the father of Tony Stark. He was a member of the team that helped transform Steve Rogers into Captain America. He also crafted the first shield for Captain America made of vibranium. After WWII, he developed and lost lots of new weapons and recruited Peggy Carter to clear his name. The two went on to found SHIELD before Stark was assassinated by the Winter Soldier.
Jack Thompson- Played by Chad Michael Murray

Jack Thompson was a hot shot SSR agent that worked with Peggy Carter. The two clashed many times as he did not think she was a necessary member of the SSR. He ends up trusting and accepting Carter and helps take down Leviathan. He became the Chief of the SSR but it is unknown if he is still alive.
Daniel Sousa- Played by Enver Gjokaj

Daniel Sousa was an SSR agent that befriended Peggy Carter. He fought in WWII and badly injured his leg. He was the one to unveil Peggy as a double agent but helped her take down Leviathan. It is unknown if he is still alive.
Dottie Underwood- Played by Bridget Regan

Dottie grew up in Russia in the Black Widow program and trained as an assassin. She joined Leviathan and helped them take down Howard Stark. Peggy stopped her but she escaped after falling out a window. It is unknown if she is still alive.
Angie Martinelli- Played by Lyndsy Fonseca

Angie Martinelli was an aspiring actress and waitress in New York where she meets and becomes close friends with Peggy Carter. They lived in the same apartment for a while but moved into one of Howard Stark’s houses after Peggy cleared his name. It is unknown if she is still alive.
Johann Fennhoff (Dr. Ivchenko)- Played by Ralph Brown

Dr. Ivchenko had the ability to easily hypnotize others and used those abilities as a leader for Leviathan. He hypnotized Roger Dooley and forced him into a jacket that ended up killing him. He was stopped by Sousa and put away in prison where he shared a cell with Arnim Zola.
Arnim Zola- Played by Toby Jones

Arnim Zola was the right hand man to the Red Skull during WWII. He was taken in by SHIELD and they used him to further their scientific research. He was believed to be dead until Captain America and Black Widow found his brain stored on a computer program. That program has since been destroyed which likely means he is dead as well.
Edwin Jarvis

Edwin Jarvis was the butler for Howard Stark and helped Peggy Carter clear his name. He served the Stark family for many years and is the inspiration behind Tony Stark’s AI known as JARVIS. It is safe to assume that he is no longer alive.
Anton Vanko- Played by Costa Ronin

Anton Vanko was a Russian inventor working with Howard Stark. Together, they developed the arc reactor technology but Stark ended up exiling him back to Russia. There, he raised his son Ivan Vanko who grew up to hate the Stark family.
Roger Dooley- Played by Shea Whigham

Roger Dooley was the Chief of the SSR where Peggy Carter worked. He was determined to capture Howard Stark and turned his trust to Dr. Ivchenko in order to do that. Dooley sacrifices his life in order to save his other agents.
Ray Krzeminski- Played by Kyle Bornheimer

Ray Krzeminski was an agent of the SSR. He clashed with Peggy Carter to try and limit her role with the company. He died at the hands of Leviathan.
